• We currently service Apex, NC and surrounding areas
• NC Burger Food Truck can be booked up to a year in advance on a first come first serve basis
• A signed contract and a $500 deposit made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover is required to reserve date

• The cost of booking NC Burger Food Truck is determined by the amount of food plus sales tax, mileage, overtime ($100 per half hour) and trip charge or a minimum of $1500 + tax (which includes 2 hours of serving time and $300 trip charge) whichever is higher.
• When booking an event it will be your responsibility to collect any monies. Final payment must be made at completion of event via Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

Please consider the following when deciding where NC Burger Food Truck will be parked.

• The truck requires 48 feet of parking space, with 14 feet of overhead clearance.
• The parking area should be firm and level.
• Please be advised that some areas may not be accessible due to steep or narrow driveways or roads and low overhanging trees.
• You are responsible for a map of where you would like NC Burger Food Truck to be parked. Obtaining and necessary permits for location.

We reserve right to relocate truck if site is not suitable.

We supply the truck, products and staff. Burgers and sides will be served in a tray.

Tables, chairs, trashcans, etc. are your responsibility.
